If unresolved, complaints can be filed via:

  • SCORES 2.0 (SEBI’s centralized grievance platform)

Step 3: Escalation

  • First review: Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body (IAASB)

  • Second review: Securities and Exchange Board of India

Step 4: Online Dispute Resolution

  • Investors may use the SMART ODR platform for conciliation or arbitration
